Wait! Before you let "sales" in the title scare you away, allow us to explain. This is NOT your typical cold-calling, lead-developing, bully-people-into-buying-your-product sales role! In this role you will field incoming calls from customers who have either seen one of our commercials or received marketing materials and make outreach calls to people who have contacted us first - there are NO cold calls made!
Now that we have your attention, let's talk specifics. While the primary focus of this role is consultative sales, our sales culture is different than others. Because our customers are often considered medically vulnerable, we focus on selling through our service to our customers by providing consultative, informative sales techniques - NOT aggressive, high pressure or abusive tactics. We exercise compassion in all of our interactions with our customers, because after all - the relationship we build with our customer is not just a punch line, it's a pillar of our business. Our first priority is always about having respect for our customers and getting them the products they need to improve their quality of life.

Job Details:
- Full time, Mon-Thurs 10:30am-7pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, 3 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am-2pm
- Training: First two days of training will be held on-site
- Training hours: Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (lasts 4-5 weeks)
Job Requirements:
- First and foremost, you absolutely must have a compassionate heart and the affinity to help others. We treat every customer we speak to like we would want someone to treat our own parents or grandparents. This oftentimes requires patience and empathy, so if those are your guiding principles - we want to talk to you!
- While we provide thorough, ongoing training for all of our team members, we would like for you to have at least 1 year working with customers in a sales and/or service oriented environment. This experience doesn't necessarily have to have been in a call center either - just any job where you had to ask questions to uncover needs, recommend solutions or overcome objections.
- Since this position will require you to utilize your home internet services, we ask that you have an upload & download speed of greater than 50MB/sec. Details of this requirement will be discussed at the time of an interview. We also ask that you have a designated private workspace - this is so you can provide the highest quality service to our customers!
- Given the independent nature of this role, we ask that you have basic technical skills & knowledge, including problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
