Job Responsibilities
We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented and have a drive to meet and exceed expectations on a consistent basis. We are looking for people who possess excellent written and verbal skills.
- Handle incoming internet and phone inquiries, and outbound phone calls and campaigns.
- Ensure all inquiries are followed up on in a timely manner to effectively maximize every opportunity.
- Gather accurate information, manage and track all prospective clients.
- Attention to detail and able to properly handle customer questions and requests.
- Properly handle inbound calls.
- Make 50+ quality outbound calls per day.
- Send 50+ emails daily.
- Set and monitor 20+ appointments daily.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives.
- Desire and ability to work in a performance and process driven environment.
- Full-time position
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player, willing to learn and able to be coached towards success.
- Previous dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Spanish required.
Rate: $11-$14
Rate varies based on experience and education.
