We are looking to hire a Customer Account Representative in Shakopee. MN

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

We are seeking a professional like you to provide support to customers through your broad knowledge of Master Builders products, policies, and procedures. In this role you will research and resolve issues related to the Order of Cash process, communicating resolution to requestor(s) within the specified Service Level Agreement. Responsibilities will include managing Customers, some of which may be assigned, handling phone calls, and responding to emails relative to orders.

• Understand the Order to Cash process including Supply Chain and Logistics
• Self-starter who is proactive with a solution-oriented attitude
• Proven ability to prioritize competing activities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer Service soft skills including phone etiquette, conflict resolution, written and verbal communication
• Detail-and quality-oriented
• Ability to stay focuses in a fast-paced environment
• Displays a desire to grow and continuously improve themselves
• Customer-focused
• Education-bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience – 1+year(s) Customer Service experience required
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote (after training is completed)
• Technologies-Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams; Freshdesk and SAP experience preferred
• Sitting or standing for long periods of time
• Some travel required
• French or French Canadian preferred

• Proactive management of orders, e.g., back-order management
• Quality standard of 99% or more
