THE ROLE
At ATG, we leverage Sales Force Marketing Cloud as our CRM. The right candidate will have experience in automation, drip campaigns, A/B and Multivariate testing. This role is responsible for recommending programming, executing new campaigns, and finding new, engaging ways to improve email performance all in service of driving an ever-improving RFM. You will work across the brands in either North America, or in the UK. You will partner with the CRM team to develop and implement a comprehensive CRM program including customer journey, lifecycle triggers and various campaigns for nurture, brand communications, SMS and transactional emails. You are responsible for: email revenue, campaign performance, and RFM performance.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support CRM strategy by suggesting campaigns, building new streams and executing reporting for the email channel
- Achieve email channel KPI’s for our North American brands
- Work with marketing managers and the creative team from concept to execution
- Oversee email calendar (dates, frequency, subject lines, etc.)
- Segment, build & deploy all emails, reporting on performance and actioning optimization opportunities
- Enhance playbook of triggered email programs by customer or AH segment or lifecycle milestone
- Partner with Head of CRM to develop a communication strategy by customer tier and acquisition type, incorporate A/B testing plans
- Improve and monitor email performance and database reporting to support business goals, suggest opportunities for enhancement, incorporating benchmarks and inspiration from competitors
- Partner with Website Manager on landing pages and CTA’s that drive email/SMS opt in.
- Keep up-to-date with marketing trends, best practices and laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, CCPA, deliverability
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Certification, in addition to hands-on experience creating, managing, deploying campaigns in SFMC is a requirement. Other CRM’s helpful, but Sales Force MC required
- SQL & HTML coding knowledge strongly preferred
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Experience with understanding interfaces between CRM and ESP Systems
- Experience working across and influencing cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing disciplines, vendors/consultants
- Project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
- Hands-on, results-driven mentality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- 2 - 4 years related experience managing email/database communications
- BA/BS required
