Crew Member Job at Rolled Ice Cream
To aid the Shift Leader & Owner in the daily operations of the Rolled Ice Cream shop. To be a team worker performing a variety of duties including Rolling Ice Cream, scooping ice cream, handling cash, cleaning and providing excellent customer service. Must be able to perform all job duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Must be able to work ANY days the Ice Cream shop is open including weekends, holidays, and night shifts (Most Major Holidays we are closed).
2. Learn all operations of the business in a timely manner.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly, timely service and proper product handling.
5. Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed and in a timely manner.
6. Must be able to learn to roll Ice Cream in a timely manner.
7. Must be able to learn the cash register and cash handling systems with accuracy.
8. Only those who are serious about longer term employment need apply as the training process is timely and costly.
9. Must be able to work and multitask and preform all duties in a speedy manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
