Looking for candidates to join our crew at our Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon location on the Ocean City, NJ Boardwalk! This is a seasonal location and we are looking for candidates available to work during the summer 2023 season (Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend). There is also the possibility to work through the end of October. Shifts begin as early as 7 am and end as late as 12:15am.

SHIFTS: 8:00AM-4:00PM / 4:00PM - 12:15AM

PAY

Base Pay: $14 an hour.

Tips: can range from $3-$5 an hour during peak season.

Higher pay is available for those with food servicing or barista experience!

Job Description Crew Member

• Must be over 18 to apply for this position
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Available Memorial Day weekend through Labor day preferred but not necessary

· Prior experience in food servicing/barista industry a plus

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare doughs; roll and twist pretzels; prepare cinnamon rolls and other food
• Prepare cold and hot drinks including coffee
• At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register Procedures.
• Break down and clean equipment
• Clean and sanitize equipment, countertops, and other surfaces
• Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager

Qualifications Must possess the following traits:

• Positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality.
• Must have dependable transportation available and be readily contacted by phone.
• Must comply with state and federal age restriction regulations regarding operation of equipment in the store.
• Prior experience is a plus
• Work well with others
• Be available Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day

Physical Demands of the Job

• Must be able to perform the tasks outlined
• Must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
