Our Crew Hotel & Transportation NOC Associates deliver our purpose by managing overnight accommodations and transportation for Inflight and Flight Operation Crew Me mbers . This role also communicates hotel and transportation services to Crew Members and manages the b i lling and reconciliation associated with these services. The Crew Hotel & Transportation NOC Associate is a strategic thinker who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where they work to identify and solve challenges with Crew Member accommodation s.
As a Crew Hotel & Transportation NOC Associate, you can expect:
Knowledge and experience with coordinating reservations , managing airline transportation, or using Quickbase are preferred but not required .

Responsibilities
Ensures hotel and transportation reservations are secured for Crew Members during irregular operations
Ensures all hotel and transportation reservations for Crew Members (Both Flight Ops, and Inflight) are communicated and followed up in a timely manner
Responsible for billing and reconciliation associated with hotel and transportation reservations
Reviews, monitors and alleviates discrepancies with Crew List issues: KCM (Known Crew Member) and FCM (Flight Crew manifest)
Acts as a liaison between Flight Attendants, Pilots, and overall Crew Operations (Inflight and Flight Operations and the NOC ) to mitigate lodging and transportation challenges
Collaborates with all necessary internal departments and outside parties to eliminate operational challenges involving hotels, transportation and Crew list issues
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be able to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
Must be able to type/use a computer keyboard with accuracy and speed
Must be able to use computer software programs to retrieve, input, modify and/or save information
Must be able to operate a multi-line telephone with sufficient courtesy
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and face to face
Must be able to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand office procedures, Flight Attendant work rules, Pilot work rules, and applicable Federal Regulations
Must be able to perform mathematical computations using decimals and hours and minutes
Must have ability to handle and resolve administrative tasks
Must possess excellent organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to work well in complex situations
Must work under tight time constraints to complete tasks
Ability to handle demanding/difficult Customers
Beginner - Experience using Microsoft Office products
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Required: 1 year of Customer Service experience while working in a fast paced environment
Required: 1 year of Business computer experience
Preferred: 1 year of experience in scheduling and/or assigning People to job tasks
Preferred: 1 year of experience in airline or other transportation related operations
Licensing/Certification
N/A
Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be able to work varying shifts including holidays, nights and weekends
