Our organization is looking for a Credit Analyst to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit. The Credit Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing customer accounts, preparing reports and making recommendations on the granting of credit. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is able to work independently and take initiative.Responsibilities:Analyze credit applications and financial statements.

Responsibilties:

Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants.
Maintain records of customer accounts.
Conduct research on the creditworthiness of potential customers.
Monitor customer accounts for delinquencies and other irregularities.
Provide customer service in the office and over the phone.
Assist in the development of loan policies and procedures.

• Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to learn.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study from four-year college or university
• 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in credit analysis is strongly preferred.
• Experience with non-centralized workforce and remote working strongly preferred.
• Experience in the Financial Industry is a plus.
