Responsibilities

• Strategize and then create on campus employer programs to support student job success. Starting with an idea, see your programs through to completion with the goal of helping students land jobs. This is a job for big thinkers who can take ideas to action.
• Manage a portfolio of aggressively hiring employers. Advise your employers on how best to recruit talent from Hult via job and internship postings, recruiting on campus, or hosting insight days at the employer facility. Become a trusted advisor to a network of top employers.
• Connect with regional alumni who look to Hult for talent. Support the #HultHiresHult program to channel qualified students to hiring alums. Aim to become the most well-known Hultian in the region.
• Navigate Silicon Valley events and meet ups to offer networking opportunities for Hult students. Using your phenomenal networking skills, escort students to key events and introduce them to the art of networking.
• Using your superior organizational skills, oversee employer events on campus. As part of the campus team, lead the execution of your events – with the support of your on-campus colleagues.
• Master the skill of global teamwork by collaborating with your peers in Corporate Relations across 3 other global campuses (Boston, Dubai, London) to source talent to employers.

Qualifications

• Nothing is impossible mindset and desire to be part of a high growth, entrepreneurial school
• Insatiable hunger to learn, grow and develop new skills
• Keen interest in working with internationals
• Passion for working with people
• Results oriented.
• Experience with college recruiting from an employer’s perspective
• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of experience
• Prior account management, event management or sales experience a plus
• Deep understanding of the international student journey
