We have an immediate need to assist our military with Corporate Recruiting!
The corporate recruiter will carry out full life cycle recruiting, including networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring employees through cost-effective and timely methods throughout North America. The incumbent will evaluate candidates to ensure we are identifying top talent and work with the HR Team, compensation team, and hiring managers to coordinate and present approved job offers to candidates. The contractor will also provide appropriate follow up for timely onboarding of the new hire including coordination of the drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in recruiting - OR – a high school diploma or its equivalent and 7 years of corporate recruiting experience (preferably in federal contracting)
- Experience with recruiting cleared personnel for Department of Defense preferred
- Experience with creating a recruiting campaign, strategy, and plan
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Influencing abilities and negotiation skills
