Our Corporate and Finance practice seeks a mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of 4 years of significant corporate experience with a particular focus on emerging companies and venture capital deals. The most relevant experience would be preferred equity financings for emerging companies, good familiarity with NVCA forms, and M&A, Private Equity or Joint Venture experience. We seek candidates with excellent drafting and analytical skills, good judgment, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams. A strong desire and ability to integrate into a diverse and collegial team environment is critical, including mentoring and supervising more junior associates. Candidates may sit in the Boston, Denver, New York or Northern California offices.
Alternative work arrangements are available for this position, including a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
The annualized salary range for this position is $295,000 to $40,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
