We are looking for a Corporate Controller with strong interpersonal skills. This individual will work with people at all levels within and outside the company in a professional manner. You must be able to work in a team environment. The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000.

We are committed to a hybrid model with a combination of working from home and in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of all accounting and financial reporting functions including everything from period close to business tax filing.
• period close process including account analysis and reconciliations
• general ledger maintenance
• accounts receivable
• accounts payable
• payroll
• business tax filings
• Supervise the monthly internal and external financial reporting
• Manage the preparation of annual corporate and subsidiary budgets
• Coordinate annual outside reviews of subsidiary financial statements
• Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls and systems
• Effectively manage cash balances

Required Experience:

• Five to eight years of experience as a controller or supervisory accounting and financial reporting position
• B.S. degree in Accounting,
• Experience with multi-business operations and corporate consolidation
• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Compeat Advantage, and Ceridian Dayforce
• Restaurant, food production or retail industry experience (preferred)
