Cook - Head Job at COUGAR CANYON
Cougar Canyon in Monarch, MT is looking for one cook - head to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 5012 Highway 89 So. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Day and evening shift, 5 days per week. Air conditioned kitchen! Great staff! Great location! Free shift meals and beverages! Use of our pool and hot tub! An exciting and fun destination restaurant!
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about cooking and one that can work efficiently and produce high quality food at a fast pace. A sign on bonus of $1,000.00, lodging, and paid time off will be offered to the right candidate for this position.
Responsibilities

*Direct food processing and handling, cook craft burgers, steaks, seafood, fish and pastas. *Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock *Follow health and safety guidelines *Handle food related concerns
Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a head cook *Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
