- Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) in urology
- Extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) – focused or radial – in orthopaedics, rheumatology, rehabilitation, wound healing, erectile dysfunction and veterinary medicine
- Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT) in orthopaedics
- Transcranial pulse stimulation (TPS) in neurology for the treatment of Alzheimer’s dementia
- Acoustic wave treatment (AWT) in aesthetic medicine
- Cardiac shock wave therapy (CSWT) in cardiology

I. POSITION SUMMARY
The job responsibilities for this position primarily focus on the execution and monitoring of the accounting process including the commissioning, and control of external service providers
II. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required, CPA, and/or MBA, focused in Accounting or Finance preferred
· Minimum of 15 years experience in a Finance role with leadership responsibilities
· In-depth knowledge of financial law
· Experienced IT skills (ERP knowledge), and excellent Excel skills
· Project experience/management of IT projects
· High level of self-management/responsibility and flexibility
· Independent, accurate, and reliable work ethic
· Strong analytical mind, and strategic thinking
· Ability and drive to solve problems
· Hands-on mentality
III. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
FINANCE
· Provide visibility and predictability to the organization through accurate and timely financial planning and reporting
· Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
· Drive accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, general accounting, treasury)
· Develop, manage and distribute dashboard reports for senior management, including insights and commentary
· Budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning (treasury)
· Financial reporting to the President/GM, as well as the parent company
· Contact person for auditors, external bodies (e.g. tax office), and all other stakeholders
IT
· Definition and first implementation of the entire ICT setup and operation
· Project management for the new implementation of the necessary software applications: ERP, accounting software, CRM, and DMS
· Selection and monitoring of service providers regarding the entire ICT environment
· Responsible for the IT infrastructure as well as its future development
· Monitor and continuously improve processes
