• Attend cross-functional meetings to design and align our technical tools with current work processes.
• Engage with end users to determine current workflows and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to the development team.
• Assist in creating communication around and training end users with changes in the tools.
• Help to manage and utilize “Super-User” groups to assist with ongoing training and engage in enhancement requests.

• Effectively communicate with web developers to establish how our client’s needs can be met.
• Ability to create wireframe mock-ups and discuss screen flows that outline the framework of our user interfaces.
• Capability to compile and analyze field-level feedback and iterate field research results.
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, and other applicable computer software.
• Work directly with web designers on website interfaces to make them more effective and efficient for the users.
• Ability to duplicate and present usage scenarios to the development team.
• Assist with difficult customers at the direction of the Program Manager (customer complaints, refusals, difficult access, agencies).
• At the direction of the PG&E Representative clarify expectations and program direction for PI and TT contractor employees.
• Assist with monitoring the progress and status of pre-inspection and tree work completion.
• Perform database “sleuthing” to identify issues.
• Assist with Agency meetings and field visits to review VM work as directed by the PG&E Program Manager.
• Assist with the management of projects.
• Coordinate contractors to meet program goals (including obtaining permits, scheduling, conducting field meetings, and performing project set up in the field).
• Assist in the management of the contract review process while enhancing safe work practices in the vegetation management program by providing periodic instruction and observation.
• Provide effective leadership to the vegetation management team to ensure individual contribution and team success and supports corporate goals by communicating the overall direction and performance expectations, in compliance with the APM and labor contract.
• Promote customer satisfaction by providing an effective interface with internal and external customers, establishing reasonable expectations up front, and then meeting expectations.
• As requested by the Manager, performs all necessary duties for emergency response in accordance with all safety requirements, laws and regulations, and applicable labor agreements.
• Adheres to personal appearance standards and makes a positive personal impression on others. Adheres to attendance policies and is faithful in coming when scheduled and conforms to work hour requirements.
• Conducts work in a safety-conscious manner so as not to endanger themselves or others. Keeps the work area [office and/or company vehicle] neat, orderly, and professional in appearance. If applicable, ensures maintenance on company vehicles is done in a timely and efficient manner.

• A two-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Environmental Studies, Conservation, Natural Resources, or related fields AND/OR;
• Two years experience in line clearance tree pruning work or equivalent as determined by the PG&E Representative.
• Familiar with arboriculture techniques and practices, properly integrated pest management practices, PG&Es tree pruning specifications 5404.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook] or similar software suite.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age of 21.
