Job Summary:
Volaris Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Software Licensing and Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing software licenses, contracts, NDAs, and RFPs, maintaining the contract and license database, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. This role also involves providing reporting and analytical support for software license and contract management, proactively identifying gaps and risk issues in licensing and contracting processes, and driving opportunities for improvement within the team. Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze software licenses, contracts, and NDAs to ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
Manage the RFP review process, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders, evaluating submissions, and ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Organize and maintain the software license and contract database, ensuring all licenses and contracts are easily accessible, up-to-date, and secure.
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers, addressing any license or contract-related inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and provide regular reporting and analytical support for software license and contract management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Proactively identify gaps and risk issues relating to software licensing and contracting processes and implement appropriate solutions.
Perform other contract and license administration oversight tasks as assigned, such as tracking milestones, managing renewals, and assisting with negotiations.
Drive opportunities for the Software Licensing and Contracts Team improvement, setting a high pace and providing support to team members in achieving their goals.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software licensing and contract management, preferably within the relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law, software licensing best practices, and related regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Superior customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with contract and software license management software or databases is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
