Major Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are completed safe, on time, and within the allotted budget
• Coordinate project start and end dates with Sales and Production
• Develops field support staff through daily trainings, technology education and management of field related Key Performance Indicators
• Maintains all team relationships on the project (Client, Field Operations, Subcontractor/Vendors)
• Responsible to oversee internal project kick-off meeting with Sales, Field Operations, Project Coordinator, and Supervisor
• Ensure all pre & post project punch-list items are documented and completed in a timely matter in coordination and collaboration with Field Operations and Project Coordinator

Recommended Qualifications

• OSHA 30 or greater
• 3+ years experience in commercial asbestos/mold remediation
• 5+ years experience in commercial construction
• Previous experience in project management
• High school diploma required - college degree preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and comfortable using an iPad
• Desire to grow and learn with the Viking team
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
