We have an immediate opening for a skilled and reliable Construction Worker. You will work on various reconstruction projects following our disaster clean-up projects performing general tasks. These tasks include loading and unloading materials, setting up temporary and permanent structures, installing drywall, painting walls, installing flooring, and other necessary activities following a demolition. This job will almost exclusively be performed inside residential and commercial buildings.

We work on structures that have sustained water, fire, mold, biohazard, or other damages. We often remove drywall, flooring, cabinets, baseboards, and other materials during our work. This role would be to come in and replace what was removed. These will often be similar projects. For example, we often remove drywall 2 feet up from the ground, and replacing, taping mudding and painting would be a common task.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Following instructions for the bid, we have been approved for
• Fill out the necessary documentation
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Helping the disaster side when necessary

Job Requirements

• Experience in construction
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• High school degree or equivalent; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus
• Experience in restoration is a bonus
• Compensation scales with experience

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
