What we do.*

As a Consultant at AustinCSI, you will support the client in their transformation by leading teams, managing deliverables, and providing high quality delivery execution while also acting as a trusted advisor to the client. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead client assignments and manage performance of teams and tools.
  • Assist in creating and following processes and procedures.
  • Engage clients and provide authoritative advice and professionalism.
  • Communicate progress of client assignments to account leadership.

Our capabilities in Compliance and Risk Mitigation enable the client to proactively anticipate and balance risk, resulting in financial savings across their enterprise. Leveraging the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy, we partner with our clients to address uncertainties and act with integrity. We guide and support their teams to identify, measure, and manage controls to ensure adherence to enterprise - level strategic, financial, and business objectives with a risk - based mindset.

Requirements

  • Two plus years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with the following:
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Three Lines of Defense Model
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance Framework
  • (GRC) Management Platforms
  • Content Management Systems

Experience with:

  • Proven experience in project management, control management, risk assessments, issue management, and relationship management.
  • Presenting findings to leadership.
  • Maturity, self-confidence, and self-control in formal and informal interactions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Absolute integrity while balancing the potentially conflicting objectives of exceeding client expectations for quality and value.
  • A collaborative working style that stresses teamwork and places the best interests of AustinCSI over individual and team objectives.

Ability to travel to client site for meetings when requested (10%).

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must currently reside in the United States in one of the following locations: Georgia, Illinois, Utah, Texas, or Washington.
