PROGRAM SUMMARIES
The Pinal County Latino Opioid Consortium (PCLOC) is implementing Si Se Puede as an opportunity to build comprehensive opioid use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery infrastructure supporting the rural community of Pinal County. The Consortium has the unique opportunity to destigmatize treatment through expansion of medically assisted treatment services (MAT) for all of Pinal. PCLOC intends to increase access to MAT for opioid use disorder to address medically underserved Latino communities; ensure timely treatment engagement for those with dual-diagnosis, and support individuals with OUD re-entering the community following incarceration.
SCOPE OF WORK
· Conducting outreach in community to secure new client intakes
· Conducting grant specific surveys with each new client at intake, 6 months, and discharge
· Provide referral services for clients to Medically Assisted Treatment and provide follow up
· Schedule and meet with community stakeholders to raise project awareness
· Conduct outreach and screening services to eligible justice-involved clients
· Collaborate with Pinal Hispanic Council staff to coordinate client treatment and recovery services
· Assist in providing recover support services to clients
· Participate in monthly Pinal County Latino Opioid Consortium Meetings
· Participate in all grant related trainings
· Participate in all grant related meetings
· Train family members and close friends of individuals in MAT and/or opioid use disorder outpatient treatment to carry, respond to and administer Naloxone
· Market and promote navigation availability
· Assist with engaging community leaders to disseminate information about the importance of treatment to reduce opioid use disorder stigma
· Contact and coordinate with inpatient treatment facilities throughout Arizona who discharge residents post-services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, public health or equivalent education and experience
· Successfully completed CPR and First Aid Training (within 30 days of employment)
· Valid Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance card
· Consent to drug testing
· Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
· Valid Arizona driver’s license
· Reliable transportation
· Current automobile insurance in the amount of $100,000/$300,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $43,000.00 per year
