Cardinal Gibbons High School in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking an individual to be the Communication Specialist for high school Grades 9-12 for the 2022-2023 school year. The Communication Specialist is responsible for writing, developing, and editing a variety of marketing communications, including marketing emails, marketing copy, web content, advertising copy, and other forms of content to market the school and its various programs, and communicate with key target audiences. This 12 month position reports to the Director of Development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing or Education related field preferred.
- Two Years of Experience in related field
- Software Skills: Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT database software experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to make connections and communicate effectively with donors, students, parents, faculty, and staff
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT database software experience a plus
- Must be fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church Must conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the tenets of the Catholic Church.
