We are seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our team! You will work directly with the Commissions Team for multiple companies using proprietary systems and information to verify and research the commissions received from an insurance carrier and payable to the insurance agent.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Commission team for multiple companies using proprietary systems and information to verify, process, and pay commissions directly to the agent for policies written.
• Process, reconcile and post direct billed commissions received from carrier and return commissions received from agents.
• Assist or support other teams within the organization.
• Provide agents with payment histories and supporting documentation that corresponds with the amount of commission received or the amount of earned commission.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or payable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excel skills with experience in entering information, copy, paste, moving columns, sorting and summation.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and attention to detail are necessary.

Education:

· High School diploma

Compensation:

· $16 - $18 per hour.
