Responsibilities

• Coordinate with procurement to evaluate and hire the 3rd party commissioning vendors
• Manage implementation of Amazon commissioning program standards for NACF design and construction team
• Supporting and facilitating the commissioning process during design, construction and occupancy, reviewing and approving relevant documents and Cx milestones.
• Train vendors to implement the Amazon commissioning program.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions to improve the commissioning program
• Coordinate with NACF construction team to evaluate the commissioning vendor and provide the vendor with feedback
• Assist internal teams to navigate the program with 3rd party commissioning vendor as needed.
• Conduct regular review of items with frequent “fails” on the commissioning inspection.
• Create a feedback loop from the result to Template and Design Criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate with a wide variety of internal operations, design and engineering stakeholders to increase the efficiency and standardization of design across domestic and global sites.
• Coordinate program with third-party program- and site-specific third party architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Project management experience from design development through construction administration on complex commercial projects; industrial experience preferred
• AHSI accredited Commissioning certification preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection on developing projects
• Impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Suite (Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks)
