Responsibilities
- Coordinate with procurement to evaluate and hire the 3rd party commissioning vendors
- Manage implementation of Amazon commissioning program standards for NACF design and construction team
- Supporting and facilitating the commissioning process during design, construction and occupancy, reviewing and approving relevant documents and Cx milestones.
- Train vendors to implement the Amazon commissioning program.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to improve the commissioning program
- Coordinate with NACF construction team to evaluate the commissioning vendor and provide the vendor with feedback
- Assist internal teams to navigate the program with 3rd party commissioning vendor as needed.
- Conduct regular review of items with frequent “fails” on the commissioning inspection.
- Create a feedback loop from the result to Template and Design Criteria.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a wide variety of internal operations, design and engineering stakeholders to increase the efficiency and standardization of design across domestic and global sites.
- Coordinate program with third-party program- and site-specific third party architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Project management experience from design development through construction administration on complex commercial projects; industrial experience preferred
- AHSI accredited Commissioning certification preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection on developing projects
- Impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Suite (Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks)
