We are currently accepting applications for a: Commercial Loan Processor
There is an opening for a full-time Commercial Loan Processor in our Commercial Processing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with a team of Loan Officers and Administrators to help satisfy their customer's lending needs. This includes ordering flood determinations, legal work, preparing closing documents, verifying accuracy of documents, and assembling loan files for imaging. This position requires a working knowledge and awareness of lending regulations that directly affect the processing and closing of loans. The ideal candidate must be willing to shift priorities for the benefit of the team.
The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
