The Commercial Loan Processor position involves working with loan officers and third-party vendors to complete due diligence necessary to close a commercial loan. Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

• Process/service all types of commercial loans.
• Collect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant loan files.
• Order, review and prepare any required documents necessary for compliant loan closing.
• Manage working pipeline and meeting target close dates.
• Coordinate loan closings with lenders and title agencies.
• Compliance with all government regulations including BSA, Reg E, Reg CC, CRA, Reg DD, as well as loan bank wide policies.
• Review all outside supporting documentation including but not limited to Articles of Incorporation, By Laws, Trust Agreements, Operating Agreements, Searches, Appraisals, Insurance Policies and Flood Certifications to ensure compliance with loan approval.
• Review executed loan documents for accuracy, forward documents for recording, follow-up for filing information and prepare disbursements.
• Track all post-closing exceptions, communicate with the lender to assist in exception resolution and follow up items.
• Facilitate participation payments.
• Assist loan customers with loan related questions, advances, payment processing, etc.
• Construction draw reconciliation and payment disbursements.

High School diploma, GED or equivalent; two years of loan processing or banking experience, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi task, ability to pay attention to detail while handling a high-volume of work with multiple interruptions, ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers, ability to work independently and self-motivated, working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance and procedures.
