Commercial Insurance Producer- HOA Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: Base Salary - $60,000 plus commissions on new business

Independent Agency – Retail Insurance Brokerage Position
Compensation plan will consist of a generous base salary and competitive commission plan.
The sales focus of this position will be the HOA market in the greater Phoenix area. This individual should be comfortable with generating new commercial property & casualty clients by prospecting, making phone calls, utilizing referral base, and other common and/or unique methods. They must demonstrate clear understanding of property & casualty insurance lines of coverage and program designs to fulfill the needs of clients. Ability to manage schedules, set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures and present alternative insurance solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients. Must be high energy, self-managed with a persistent desire to succeed. Will have a CSR/support staff to manage customer service related items.

- Competitive commission rate on new business
- If applicant owns a book of business that will move with him, that is a plus
- Experience working with HOA clients a plus
