We make sure our team has access to the best tools, equipment, and PPE to ensure the job is done efficiently and safely.

Work we perform:

• Asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, slate, tile
• Flat roofs - TPO, EPDM, Modified, Built-up (BUR)
• Sheet metal roofing, flashing, gutters, soffit, fascia, cladding, and shop fabrication
• Siding / exteriors and rough carpentry
• Residential and commercial repairs

We are looking for a SUPERINTENDENT / PROJECT MANAGER that can lead our production department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Finalize the material list based off of estimator's information
• Order materials and schedule delivery with suppliers
• Schedule all phases of construction with the customer

• Schedule, supervise and develop / qualify labor force

• Instruct crews on any and all specifications required for each project
• Complete projects assigned on time and under budget
• Inspect completed project to ensure it was completed to Messing's standards and manufacturer / architect / consultant / owner specification

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Roofing experience is preferred but not required
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Ability to coordinate and deploy cranes and lifts in addition to powered and non-powered roof top equipment and rooftop safety systems
• Knowledge of building code, energy code, OSHA CFR, and manufacturer requirements is preferred
• Ability to pull a trailer

Pay: $72,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
