General Summary of Job Duties:

Responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of cocktail service in the casino area. Provides direction to Guests or attendees in this outlet as needed. Provides BAM (By Any Means) empowerment, and shows Dignity, Kindness, and Respect. Set up work area, maintain and work a shift or shifts. Adherence to company standards and directives.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
• Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Presents and prepares all beverages from approved recipes with proper garnishes; gives timely alcohol service to all Guests while maintaining proper alcohol awareness procedures
• Talk and interact with Guests to maintain great Guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty to occur
• Able to perform under stressful, demanding situations in perhaps small quarters of four feet or less, with four-foot access and contact with Team Members and Guests. Ability to work in a smoking or non-smoking environment
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements:

• Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills in regard to working with diverse people and levels of authority.
• Work any of three shifts and is a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must fit and enhance the provided uniform
• Certification in Standard Operating Procedures and Appraisals for Casino Cocktail Servers before working shifts
• Multi-task ability and able to complete all tasks with minimal supervision and show a sense of urgency no matter what the business volume
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and body language
