About the position:

BBK Performance - a leading aftermarket manufacturer of high performance automotive & truck products is looking for a full-time CNC set-up person to oversee daily production within our machine department.

Our 50,000ft Temecula facility features state of the art multi-pallet horizontal, vertical & lathe centers, machining a variety of 356 & 6061 aluminum alloy products for our ever-growing product line. Candidates for this management level position must have strong knowledge of all aspects of a CNC machine shop, including light program editing, tooling, and measuring equipment including CMM machines.

Must also have strong hands-on set-up experience to help with daily set-ups and managing other set-up staff as well as machine operators to ensure high-quality standards & specifications are maintained at all times.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of CNC set-up experience and must have history & experience training and managing team members in a positive work environment that is focused on proper training and individual growth in a team environment.

All tools are supplied.

Must have extensive knowledge of tools, inserts, cutters and other consumables as well as various types of CNC work holdings.

Pay rate is between $24.00 - $28.00 depending on experience.

First shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
