How You'll Help Patients

• Escort patients to examination rooms and prepares patients for examination and treatment, by interviewing patients and measuring vital signs. Documents all information in the patient chart
• Perform and document daily set up, stocking, maintenance of appropriate supply levels, cleaning of all clinical areas and equipment (including the washing and sterilization of instruments).
• Give instructions to patients as instructed by physician or mid-level provider
• Ensure compliance with Greater Family Health quality assurance and risk management standards.
• Follow all Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) policies and procedures.
• Provide care in age-appropriate fashion according to specialty.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of program completion from an approved CNA program
• Possession of a current BLS/CPR certification
• Bilingual in Spanish

Pay: $17.02 - $20.00 per hour
