Job Description
CMA , LPN or RN will:
- Be responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of the patients on her/his assigned unit during a given period of time
- Be responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to him/her
- Works closely with all members of the Professional Team, Medical Staff, patients, and their families
Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.
Qualifications
- Illinois Licensed RN, LPN or CMA Certification
- Must have a good understanding and work within a shared decision-making philosophy
- Must have good communication skills and work with an interdisciplinary team approach
- BLS certification required
