The Culinary Unit Coordinator is responsible for teaching members healthy living education, setting goals to become more independent, encouraging members to participate in tasks to build confidence and stamina in their abilities, plan monthly menu and food bank orders, assist in making and delivering meals to members, assist in social activities, and assist with job search and support. Candidates will also have the opportunity to take individuals served on social outings, during our Saturday social program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or closely related discipline and previous human service experience preferred.
- Three years supervised directly-related human service advocacy work working with an adult population or 2 years human service experience working in a clubhouse environment may be substituted for educational requirement.
- Computer knowledge of Publisher and Excel is required.
- Interest in Culinary and Health and Wellness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.25 - $24.89 per hour
