Freedom Consulting Group is seeking a Cloud Software Developer for one of our
PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026 and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. These applications are used across the government enterprise and are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more. . Responsibilities include development activities, requirements analysis, software development, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, and testing
. Provide development support to upgrade or modify sustainment systems to proactively implement necessary changes to ensure effective and responsive operations
. The candidate must be a strong senior developer that is collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment
. Telework is authorized on the task order to provide support ad-hoc when needed
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Four (4) years of experience in software development on systems utilizing cloud-related technologies
- Experience with Java and JavaScript
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation
- Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting computer systems and software
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience the with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira
- Experience with IBM Sterling and/or Oracle
