The Clinician Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process for clinical NP/PA candidates. Clinician Recruiter will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth. This is a great fully remote opportunity for an experience Clinician Recruiter.

Clinician Recruiter’s Job Responsibilities:

• Successfully and proactively provide high quality clinical NP/PA candidates
• Source and recruit exceptional passive clinical professionals for placement
• Develop a steady stream of viable candidates utilizing social media platforms including LinkedIn and various job boards
• Creatively identify non-traditional means of candidate recruitment
• Build a pipeline of passive and active candidates through networking, cold calling and various internet searches
• Proactively contact candidates to schedule interviews and qualify them for job opportunities
• Establish quick rapport with candidates and represent Geode Health positively
• Achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Check licensing/certification background of each clinician

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Clinician Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to handle sourcing for high volume
• Ability to positively present company and open roles to potential candidates
