A Day on The Job

Our clinicians enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on, roll up your sleeves work environment. A dynamic mix of appointments coupled with a comprehensive set of medical standards and guidelines keeps the workday interesting, engaging and rewarding. Clinical services include patient care, counseling, and screening laboratory test results with a focus on sexual and reproductive health care including gynecology, sexually transmitted infection, contraception, and gender-affirming hormone therapy. You will work in partnership with other clinical team members, the lead clinician, the health center supervisor and chief clinical officer to provide quality care.

Your Schedule

This is a part-time position with schedule availability 8:30am to 5:00 pm during the weekdays.

The Rewards

Compensation The starting salary for this position is $55.00 to $65.00 an hour and is based upon experience and credentials.

The Team

Our Clinicians are surrounded by a team of competent professionals. You’ll work under the leadership of the Lead Clinician and Chief Clinical Officer and administrative guidance of the Health Center Supervisor. The clinician is supported by a team of back office medical assistants who practice to the full scope of their certification while the front office team manages patient check ins/outs.

To Succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a bachelors or masters degree and certification in a specialty such as Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP,) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a preference for national certification with the ANCC, AANP, AMCB, NCCPA; an active, unencumbered License to practice in the State of Tennessee; a DEA license or ability to obtain at hire; and a current CPR /BLS certification.

A minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Certified Midwife in reproductive healthcare, women’s healthcare, family practice or urgent care with a demonstrated ability and willingness to manage three to four patients per hour. Proficiency with IUD insertion and removal. Ultrasound skills and gender affirming health care strongly preferred.
