HYBRID job- Therapist will need to go into office at times.
Private Practice looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist(Independent Contractor or W2 employee possible).
Masters required.
Must have LCSW, LPC, LMFT. Would consider LSW if working towards their "C".
High clinical skills needed. Consistent work history.
Practice serves a large client base from ages 4 and up. (Individual, couples, family and groups)
Work independently but also with have other clinicians within the practice to work and consult.
Higher pay rates for new clients intakes, tx reviews and yearly review sessions.
Must be comfortable with assessing, diagnosing and providing therapy independently.
Need own malpractice, and all 3 clearances.
Make your own schedule, flexible hours/days and ability to have 30 plus hours a week once on insurance panels if want.
Office is fully furnished. Clinical books, assessments, supplies and therapeutic games available to use.
Pay rate for each client seen. Pay based on experience. Pay raised after time within practice. Pay increases throughout. Hours set by you: So you have flexibility and autonomy. Number of clients you see is your choice.
Both telehealth and in person sessions maybe available. Telethealth as long as still approved and something a client wants. Most clients are wanting face to face(in-person). This is hybrid position.
