Compass Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC)a division of RVCP is a private practice outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinic located in Janesville Wisconsin.

Compass Behavioral Health Clinic is looking for mental health professionals to add to our integrative team of providers. CBHC provides services to individuals in an outpatient setting across the lifespan and specializes in a spectrum of mental health needs. Compass Behavioral Health Clinic provides services to individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and substance use services.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or other related degree. In addition, licensure from the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – is highly encouraged.

However, CBHC is willing to work with individuals who have their degree but are working on their hours towards full licensure (LPC-IT, SAC-IT). Supervision will be provided free of charge. Previous experience in community mental health preferred.

Must pass TB test, urine drug test, criminal background inquiry.

This position includes:

• Providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting to individuals (children, adolescents, adults, and/or families)
• Completion of assessments, treatment plans, notes, and other required client related materials in a timely manner
• Completing psychosocial history for all clients to understand needs in treatment.
• Working with clients in a culturally diverse population and community
• The ability to work independently and to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attendance of in-service meetings and weekly clinical collaboration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with other agencies to meet the needs of clients (i.e., parents, county services, school staff, etc.
