Clinical Supervisor - CS Summary:

Haven is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to direct, supervise, and evaluate the activities of the clinical area. Home Health experience is required.

Clinical Supervisor - Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development of program sand function for the Agency as they relate to clinical services
• Supervise responsibilities within the province of nursing
• Participates in QAPI Activities and all activities relevant to the professional services furnished.
• Provides for continuing evaluation of the nursing staff by: case conferences and in services
• Evaluating own jo performance and utilizing available help in planning for professional growth
• Evaluating total nursing services in relation to agency goals
• Participates in periodic meetings with the administrator and don to ensure optimum communication interdepartmentally and to discuss any mutual or agency problem. Participate in all agency in service programs
• Coordinates services provided by contract personnel
• Assist in the review all logs, including but not limited to Infection Control, patient complaints, incident reports, on at least a quarterly basis, investigates problems/potential problems noted: offers recommendations for resolution/change
• Clinical supervisor is available at all times during operating business hours either on site or by telecommunication
• Reports any suspected violations of Privacy Practice to Privacy Officials as soon as breach/possible breach is identified

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Must be licensed as a RN in the state of the HHA
• Provide a copy of RN license/renewal
• At least two (2) yeas of Home Care experience with at least one (1) year supervisory experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,396.34 - $80,873.30 per year
