Willapa Behavioral Health is searching for a part time, compassionate Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to clinical staff in WISe youth services, Mobile Crisis, and Mental Health.

  • 28-30 hours per week
  • The position can be done in person or remotely.
  • Competitive salary, $240.00 wellness initiative, and $500.00 annual for workshops.
  • National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program site $50,000 - 2 years service

  • Four weeks of paid vacation and 12 paid holidays for holidays on regularly scheduled workdays when office is closed. (pro rated for part time staff)

Willapa Behavioral Health is an outpatient treatment provider. We are nationally accredited and have provided high quality care with experienced professionals to Pacific County since 1986 and in the last few years have started offering limited services in Grays Harbor. Services include mental health programs for adults, children & families, case management, substance use disorder, problem gambling treatment, peer services, domestic violence perpetrator treatment, co-occurring disorders, medically assisted treatment, psychiatric prescribing, trauma sensitive primary care, and 24/7 mobile crisis services. We have grown, to three locations, and feel that that is the sweet spot for us. We do not wish to grow larger as we would like to preserve our unique culture and foster a culture of kindness and family.

Duties:

Provide professional clinical supervision for WISe teams and mobile crisis to include attending weekly team meetings, reviewing and approving notes in EHR, working with staff on quality of notes, meeting individually with staff on a regular basis to staff clients and teach therapeutic principals, collaborating with teams on processes and best practices and approaches for treatment, oversee license requirements for associates gathering hours for full licensure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 hours of training in clinical supervision
  • Twenty-five (25) hours of experience in supervision or clinical practice
  • Compliance with health care immunization requirements

Skills required:

  • Minimum two years’ experience working in mental health or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated computer competency and time management skills
  • Able to maintain good rapport with co-workers
  • Demonstrate competency in working with a diverse population
  • Demonstrated background of upholding professional conduct and retain confidentiality of clients
  • Able to function and complete work requirements with minimal oversite
