CNA Training Instructor - Clinical Educator

Our Nursing Aide Training Instructor - Clinical Educator will serve as one of two trainers for the organization's Nursing Assistant Training Program, teaching at least 2 (two) evening classes per year, 10 weeks each and assisting with clinical rotations of C.N.A. classes.
This is a new position, offering very flexible scheduling options to include Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem and other, creative scheduling solutions! If you are qualified and interested, we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities of the CNA Training Instructor - Clinical Educator:
- Instructing in both classroom and clinical atmospheres.
- Ensure that the program maintains compliance with state regulations.
- Coach, direct, and monitor students through state certification process.
Qualifications for the CNA Training Instructor - Clinical Educator:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience in long term care
- Must have documented evidence of teaching and/or supervisory experience
- Flexibility to work day or evening shift is required
