One of the largest mental health clinics in the state, with locations spread throughout California, is hiring several Clinical Directors to lead their programs around Sacramento. Specializing in the treatment of adults, children, and families facing job loss, housing crisis, and other serious issues, you'll oversee clinical teams, help develop treatment plans, provide some individual and group therapy yourself, and manage a variety of administrative tasks. Clinical Directors get to make a substantial and far-ranging impact on their communities and people who come through the clinic's doors. Prior experience as a therapist is required, and experience as a Clinical Director is a big plus.
What are we offering?
--Pay ranging from $70-$81k.
--Overtime eligibility for all hours over 40.

--Standard M-F, 8am-5pm schedule.
What are we looking for?
--Must hold an LCSW or LPC license active in California.
--Must have at least one year of experience post-licensure.
--Prior experience in some kind of team lead or clinical direction role is a plus.
