The primary purpose of the AL Clinical Manager is to include planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall clinical operation of the Assisted Living and Memory Care community in accordance with current state and federal regulations. Daily oversight of staffing, programs, improvement and services, and the ability to support on - going process are key to success in this role.
Requirements:Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois and have experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care, assisted living, or other related health care facility. Leadership experience in program development, staff education and development, and the willingness to work harmoniously with other team members are critical to this role.
