Nature & Scope: Imagine Staffing is currently recruiting for a Manager of Customer Success on behalf of our client, a global manufacturer with significant operations in WNY.
You’ll manage the Customer Success team while achieving established performance metrics and targets, working collaboratively with Sales, Brand, and Operations, leveraging workforce management, quality assurance, and training to implement continuous improvement programs.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
· Evaluate and resolve complex customer complaints/problems.
· Identify, recommend, and administer policies and procedures to ensure overall efficiency and productivity.
· Build an effective working relationship with all parts of the organization.
· Ensure prompt and accurate updates to customers on orders.
· Implement continuous improvement programs for On-Time delivery, Service & Repair turnaround, and Technical Support resolution.
· Prepare and administer the Group’s budget.
· As requested, prepare and present verbal, written, and other operational, analytical, and statistical reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Management, MBA a plus.
· 7 + years of progressive experience in customer relations in a sizeable customer-oriented organization; preferred in a Manufacturing &/or Medical Device organization.
· 3+ years of managing a staff of Customer Success/Service employees.
· Experience with customer service principles, success metrics, and customer focus.
· Experience with customer service databases and tools (including legacy mainframe systems).
· Experience with leadership principles, techniques, and methods of people management.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Depew, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
