CSM- CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER ON CALL(24/7) MANAGER

THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB. AVAILABLE TO COVER PUTNAM CO., HENDRICKS CO., CLAY CO., VIGO CO., AND MORGAN CO.
20-50 HOURS/Week, NO SET SCHEDULE
Client service manager oversees caregivers working in a home environment. A CSM works with office as a liaison between them and clients. CSM must be on call 24/7 to cover unexpected call ins and starting newly signed cases until a permanent caregiver can be placed ranging from 1 hour to 24 hours, day or night. On rare occasions CSM may be required to stay at a live-in case for 1-2 days at a time when needed.
CSM’s must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive anywhere in our agency coverage area which would include Putnam, Hendricks, Morgan, Vigo, Clay, Owen, Sullivan, and Park Counties.
CSM must be comfortable with the following responsibilities:
Providing hands on care to elderly clients (bathing, dressing, toileting assistance)
New client sign up
Training New caregivers
Meet and Greets with new Clients and caregivers
Home Visits/follow up visits
Being On Call for call ins
Composing client care plans
Speaking with family members regarding client care or concerns
CNA HHA or Caregiver experience required.
