JACKSON HEWITT TAX SERVICE Albany, GA
Seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Client Service Associate (CSA). As a member of the Jackson Hewitt team you will be trained in company policy and product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Duties include:
· Greets potential clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Engage in conversation with potential clients to share information about Jackson Hewitt’s services and promotions.
· Quickly and accurately verify and enter customers’ tax (personal and W-2) information into Jackson Hewitt’s proprietary software.
· Schedule appointments.
· Monitor client flow at the location and keeps clients engaged during periods of wait time.
· Monitor client activity and answer phones, call clients, make marketing calls and may assist with check distribution by following established procedures when Tax Preparers are with other clients.
· Maintain a positive image and meets all customer service and productivity standards as set by the Store Supervisor.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
