Client Billing and Reporting Analyst
The position is responsible for providing billing and reporting support to CGM’s for UK and International clients.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated individual with strong skills in Excel and Accounting Reporting and Data. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
- To prepare client settlements for a portfolio of UK and International clients
- To interpret the client contract and ensure that client charges are reported in line with contract.
- Ensure timely billing of client settlements.
- Partner with the CGM and be able to provide explanations for fluctuations in settlements.
- Partner with the technology team to ensure client fees and accurately applied on invoice.
- Deliver analytics that provide insight to business leaders as required.
- Support Ad-hoc project work as required (testing).
- Partnering with finance colleagues both in-house and outsource partners to ensure a timely and accurate month end close.
- Ensuring all client contractual terms are accounted for correctly.
- Preparation of balance sheets and invoices in relation to client agreements, ensuring recommended best practice is followed.
- Partner with FP&A and Controllership teams as required.
Qualifications and personal attributes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data at a detailed level.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, to interact effectively all levels of the organization.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Confident and self-motivated
- An understanding of accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel knowledge necessary.
- Knowledge of business travel economics a plus, not essential.
- An understanding of GBT organization and its reporting structures an advantage.
Location
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
