What you’ll be doing:

Provide services to existing and/or new customers. Focus on client relationships, retention and drive growth opportunities for expansion.

***This is a hybrid position that requires two days per week in the office at our Mechanicsburg, PA location. ***

On any given day, you’ll:

• Prioritizing customer satisfaction to ensure overall retention and growth
• Customer and broker liaison to the carrier
• Submission of policy revisions and amendments, as well as review of census and Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Administer premium and billing support to customers, and perform billing audits for premium accuracy
• Investigate and respond to customer inquiries providing service and benefit solutions developing long-term strategic partnership
• Record activities in appropriate reporting database
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to up-sell additional lines of business

Here’s what we expect:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years employee benefits experience...
• Obtain and maintain Life and Health insurance license.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.
• Ability to understand organizational structure and operation.
• Ability to work independently to specific performance standards and goals.
• Ability to travel at times.
• Strong written/verbal presentation and listening skills.
• Demonstrated skills in relationship building, decision making, negotiation, and communication.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and explain various insurance policies.
• Ability to learn and use job related software to stay current with changes.
