We are looking for a goal oriented, self-sufficient, good attitude individual to join our rapidly growing commercial cleaning small family business.

Most of the work that we are looking to fill hours for are on weekends, and late afternoon into the evenings throughout the week.

No experience in the cleaning industry is necessary, all we ask for is a good reliable vehicle for transportation from workplace to workplace. Most of our accounts are in the portland, south portland, scarborough, Biddeford area. we would be willing to negotiate a mileage compensation since this position requires you to use your own personal vehicle for now. We are looking into purchasing vehicles for employees to use for business purposes in the near future.

Another requirement of this position is a good working smartphone that allows you to use Google Maps effectively, and keep in constant communication with supervisors, and management.

The physical requirements of this position include basic Janitorial service tasks such as the following: Sweeping floors, using a backpack vacuum for vacuuming floors, being able to effectively mop floors throughout a facility with little to no supervision, proper usage of gloves and or other PPE required to provide the janitorial services needed, must be able to be around basic over the counter cleaning chemicals without disruption or hazard to your physical health. These chemicals include window cleaning substances like Windex, General bathroom cleaning substances like Clorox and or bleach, and other basic multi-surface chemicals for mopping floor spaces.

This position is just basic janitorial work. we do not provide any maid services for residential account holders we only provide cleaning services for residential accounts, and businesses/commercial account holders.

No experience or knowledge is necessary for carpet steaming, and stripping and waxing floors. This is a service that we specialize in on a routine basis as needed for one time customers, and or current contract holders. We have staff that can adequately train and teach any individual the proper and safe practices of these special Floor Care Services. Cleaning is a trade and we take it seriously. We have fun and have a great attitude while providing exceptional service to our account holders.
