ClearView Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman owned commercial cleaning company expanding throughout Midmichigan. This job is Monday- Friday 3.5 hours nightly.
Cleaning/Janitorial Technician

As a Cleaning Technician, here’s a short list of what you’d be doing:
- Gather, empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
- Clean floors and baseboards by sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming.
- Dust vents, office furniture, equipment, sills, wall mounted objects, etc, per schedule.
- Keep areas stocked with supplies; paper products, soaps etc.
- Clean and sanitize areas such as; restrooms, exam rooms, offices, break rooms etc.
- Clean high touch points such as; glass, chrome fixtures, phones, etc.
- Request supplies as needed.
- Keeping janitor storage area clean.
- Keep buildings secure by locking doors and turning on/off alarm systems.
- Notify manager when a building needs minor repairs.
- Specific cleaning requirements will be detailed for each location.
