Class A drivers run dedicated reginal account earning a daily salary of $205/Day ($1230/WK) and $250 for every trailer unloaded. Over 90% of drivers unload 3 trailers which is $750 – that is $2000/WK and $104,000 with top earners making closer to $110,000.
- If the driver shows ready for work the driver makes $205.
- 34 hour reset every week. On the 6th day which is a half day due to the reset drivers still earn $205
- The trailer is pre-loaded and is hook n go. Driver unloads each box in trailer (average weight 1LB to 22LB) and puts it on the conveyor belt and that is the full extent of drivers unload. Store personnel take freight off the conveyor belt and inventory.
- Full benefits start after 60 days including medical, 401K, Vision, PTO etc
- Trucks are mostly Freightliners and Internationals
- Drivers must live withing 100 miles of Ashley IN in order to qualify.

AGAIN MUST LIVE WITHIN 100 MILES OF ASHLEY IN
Drivers must have 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years.
Will accept auto restrictions.
- No more than 3 moving violations (in CMV or PMV) in the last three years with the notice that you may not have more than one in the last 12 months and no more than 2 over two years
- All DUIs (in PMV ONLY) must be three years old
- Any of the following are automatic DQ: Reckless, 15+, Following too close, texting or talking with handheld.
- No DOT Recordable Preventable that was a rear-end, jack knife, caused fatality, roll over and may not have any preventables with major traffic violations.
